I think this implies that vita opts to do this less than other teams might, and have a more balanced buy overall.

@rattecs (still think these smokes are nice, and ofc the other stairs smoke can be spammed- but the ct gets no vision to palace which is a nice benefit).

@rattecs you cant spam the kyxsan stairs smoke for vision because of where it lands, this stairs smoke can be spammed by pistols and rifles to gain vision to palace from stairs easily. but these smokes are better to throw solo for timing. teammates should just be aware of stairs.
