Hi @EndesaClientes and @orange_es. Why european with a non #ES bank cannot benefits from promotion between your two companies? Basically, I will loose 50-60 euros annually because your system does not allow a belgian account when I try to have an orange contract via Endesa 1/n

@IKEA @IKEAislas Canarias receive a lot of European money and i do not understand that european companies based in Canarias discriminate european based on their phone number or or bank account.
Their system should allow European non-spanish bank account/phone number and even ID. @EU_Commission ?

hi @IKEA, I contacted @IKEAislas on Tuesday and wrote an email because there is an issue to create account (and so buy online). The only answer I had so far is asking for my datas and receive an GDPR email when it could be solved in a few minutes. Bad tech makes you loose money

@orange_es as mentioned, I have already energy with Endesa with my belgian account. The issue is that when the employee tries to put my belgian bank account for the orange offer, the software that is provided to make the sale does not allow to enter the belgian account...

@orange_es Incorrect. If I go in Orange agency in Las Palmas, yes I can. If Endesa tries it on the software you provide them, is it not possible. And your agency refuses to create me a profile without products, that would allow Endesa to sell me the product and have the discount

Should europeans look to @movistar_es , Digital or other? When Orange tells me they do not want to create an account, I feel unwelcome

I went to the office of @orange_es and they refuse to create me an account without any products. Europeans in Spain are facing #discriminatiom by Orange to get the same promotions because they do no have a Spanish account. Is it Legal?

@EU_Commission @IATA As well, I see several issues regarind #WCAG and #EN301549 and the #EuropeanAccessibilityAct, such as:
- lack of contrast
- 2.1.1 keyboad and 2.1.2 keyboard trap (it is not possible to select some elements)
so a person with disability may be empeached to book a flight.

hey @Ryanair__FR I tried to buy a flight to LPA today. it was 52: at the moment to pay, errors, errors. Then went to 59. I went again, still one ticket at 59... at again errors and now 75. No one else bought tickets. how to do you explain that twice I have errors and price rises?

@EU_Commission @IATA on top of that, we have to uncheck a box if we do not want to be spammed by Ryanair mails. Are we not supposed to expressively give our consent according to #GDPR. Should we not do the active action of checking the box to receive mail, instead of already checked?
