Hello!
I’m MiRyuuzen or Ryuu for short, an inter-dimensional warrior.

I mainly stream RPGs but I will occasionally stream other types of games.

You can catch me streaming live Mon/Fri on YouTube, Twitch, and Kick.

If you are using my old Spotify widget for your stream, I have officially discontinued support. You will see this popup in OBS.

Earlier this year, Spotify implemented some changes to their API that broke not just my music widget — it broke *every* OBS music widget.

Previously, Spotify would issue a refresh token that could be used indefinitely. This refresh token now expires every 6 months. It's also limited to Spotify Premium users now.

Fixing it was more trouble than it's worth — so I have abandoned it and replaced it with a widget that doesn't rely on the Spotify API at all.

Going forward, Universal Now Playing will be the only music widget I support. It's infinitely better than the old one, supports way more than just Spotify and is fully customizable.

Geez…I guess I should have worked on completing my set of Aegiomon cards sooner. Looks like I won’t be playing a full Jupitermon deck anytime soon 😅.

Birthday Stream is over. It was a lot of fun revisiting the Duel Masters game that I played as a kid. It was fun brining back my fantasy outfit and I’m thinking about using it more often.

I definitely want to play more of the game in the future.

I thought my Elgato Key Light was starting to mess up as it would randomly flicker off and on but thankfully it looks like it was simply a problem with Control Center program. I rolled the program back to an older version and the light has been working fine since.

I see so many creators worried about the immediate reach of shorts in exchange to do this.

You guys are focused on the wrong thing.

1. If YouTube launches a new feature, they do not intend to use it to flop. Early adapters and people who stick with shit always get rewarded.

2. Shorts reach doesn't = community growth. Sure you get more eyes, they mean nothing if 1,000 people are scrolling right past because they don't want to engage.

Highly encourage people to test this with weeks to months of testing. Not 1-2 streams and aborting. This is why people always miss their big breaks.
