@FragranceShopUK I literally said in my message, I have emailed with no reply. Your response is asking me to email 🤦🏻 well I have done a few times & only ever received an automated response, the number of complaints I'm reading on here is not good 🫣

@FragranceShopUK I have done twice and have had a standard reply to wait 10 days, the problem is part of my order was delivered but 1 item is missing, when I try to track the delivery it says it no longer exists.

If my order is delayed, I'm fine with that, I just want somebody to assure me it is coming, as I have received half my order and the delivery note says missing?
