Learn how to read because I never said that. Becoming a life long patient using body altering chemicals in a country with shitty insurance is not something to be taken lightly. Life is hard. Most of us go through spells where it sucks hard. Some even take
Their own lives. Many, maybe most, build coping strategies and learn to deal with the cards we are dealt. Often it doesn’t require lifelong Drugs. Becoming a lifelong voluntary patient under government run healthcare is also shitty given the collective needs.

What do any of those have to do with an otherwise healthy body altering their state of being, requiring millions of dollars in hormones, surgeries and or complications have to do with the things you listed. Do any of them require medical intervention at birth ? Through childhood? This is not sickle cell or cystic fibrosis. This is choosing long term medical intervention to suppress a system that was working just fine to attain a fantasy. Present how you want but medical care ain’t free around here and people should think long and hard before fucking with a functioning body.

I took a class at a community college in Ohio and my classmate had immigrated here by way of Boston and she spoke highly of the treatment she received there before coming to Ohio. Free cable, cell phones were also mentioned. Me thinks her college class was also covered somehow but that is a local issue
