@BillyIdol This is so good, love the session takes (remindes me of when I was 15, sneaked into clubs to listen to all the local bands)

This book changed my view on life..”We complicate life by thinking that my whole life is a big drama when we were just meant to live a simple life and enjoy it”

Statement from Maple Leafs President and Alternate Governor Brendan Shanahan on the passing of Börje Salming:

[Mia @Mia2Michelle]

@rustyrockets @rumblevideo He seems to be on Twitter all the time so my guess is that he didn’t have any friends to chat with but now he can chat with the whole wide world😀

[Mia @Mia2Michelle]

@BillyIdol Love it !

One of my favourite pieces of Prince kit is his Auerswald Model C guitar built by luthier Jerry Auerswald.

Prince used it on the Lovesexy, Batman and Graffiti Bridge albums.

Here he is performing Purple Rain with it on the the Nude Tour in Tokyo. 🎸💜

[Peter Guy @Getintothis]

People often refer to Prince and his solo on While My Guitar Gently Weeps during the George Harrison tribute as the greatest ever.

I'd offer up this Something In The Water one in Manchester in 2014 as a contender too. Astonishing. Breathtaking. 💯💜

Prince Rogers Nelson was born 64 years ago today in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and would go on to inspire entire generations with his unparalleled musical excellence and fearlessly independent spirit. "I'm a musician," he once said, "and I am music."
