@AirbnbHelp I’ve heard that before and as always you never help.The host and Airbnb knows I paid my money and didn’t go to that property.

@fox5at Please share my story! I paid 1,688.95 for an @airbnb in Iowa a month before arriving, I found out 2 days later I wasn’t going & didn’t need the home, I let the host & Airbnb know what happened, and they still won’t refund me my money.

Paid $1,688.95 for an @Airbnb in Iowa for work. Canceled a full MONTH in advance when the contract fell through. Host said call support. Support promised to help, then kept all my money for an unrendered stay. Let’s look at the facts @brianchesky @AirbnbHelp. I need my refund.

@Host_Dispute Hello can anyone help me with getting my money back from @airbnb for a home I paid 1,688 dollars a month before arrival, for a home I never went too.

@AirbnbHelp I tried to cancel 3 days after I paid and a MONTH before I was supposed to go. The host and @Airbnb knows that but still refuses to refund me. I had a whole month before I was going to the home, that lady just wanted to take peoples money, which is wrong by all means.

Even though @airbnb got under my post claiming to help nothing got solved, no help once again! I paid 1,688.95 for a home I never went to, 2 days later found out I didn’t need the home, I tried to cancel,the host nor Airbnb wouldn’t refund me. So do anyone know who could help me

@AirbnbHelp I tried all of that, I tried everything still no help from @airbnb they know I didn’t go to the property still won’t refund me, I tried to cancel 2-3 days after I paid. I paid the host 1,688 dollars I’ve talked with numerous people even tried reaching out to the office even CEO
