Heat president Pat Riley now makes his long-anticipated new landmark acquisition, with Antetokounmpo joining elite Miami pickups such as LeBron James, Shaquille O’Neal, Chris Bosh, Alonzo Mourning and Jimmy Butler over the past 30-plus years. Riley will pair the two-time NBA MVP and 2021 Finals MVP with Bam Adebayo to lead contention in the Eastern Conference.
After informing teams that they were open for business at the NBA draft combine in May, Bucks general manager Jon Horst landed a haul with the Heat’s offer that brings high-level starting/rotation players and young talent, as well as significant draft capital.
🎥 Malik Willis on leading Miami’s rebuild: “The people of this city want to win really badly, they want guys to play Miami football like it was back in the day… these are the people that are behind us everyday. Throughout the ups and downs they are still here waiting.” (@CameronWolfe) #PhinsUp
@EliteMarino Can't say really. Never have seen this group of players together with this coaching staff but I won't be surprised at a 2-0 start. 49ers will be gassed in the 4rh quarter having returned from Australia.
@theRCLblog Hey Matt I was at The Royal Beach Club yesterday and wanted to share that they have added to 2 items to the menu. Ceviche amd a Grilled Chicken sandwich. The boards have not been updated but the staff was very friendly and shared the updated hand-held menu. Here's a photo.
@schadjoe Typical Miami hate revealed. "Your player is average, we hate your player, not that great. Oh, now he's on another team?!?, Hes great!, one of the best WR in the league (see Waddle) he should start at QB." The northeast fandom is strong in the ESPN employees.
@JamesOKeefeIII If you want to uncover corruption great but its a bit suspect when the corruption you uncover is only being done by liberals. As far as you wanting sports to remain a place to escape, I dont see you condemning Bosa's maga hat or the political commercials killin my sports buzz.
@schadjoe ESPN is insufferable when a northeast team makes it to the finals of their sport. Imagine what it would be like if it were the Jets?? Hopefully it never happens.
@ZaslowShow Well I dont know who typed the post but they typed two win season, you said 3 in the video and Cote said 2 but Simms thinks we got a guy which usually means more than 2 or 3 wins. Flores started with a 59-10 loss at home and that team still won 5 games.
