@holafly_com just authorized a payment that I did not agree to. Charged me for 2 eSIMs. No response from their customer support. Can only talk with a computer. What is going on? Very frusterated
Just finished my 12th call to @AerLingus customer service.
It’s been 48 days since I’ve first made contact and no management has gotten back to me. Every employee says the same thing. Such a joke….
