到着翌日の早朝7時から初日のワークアウト。

今回は、昨シーズンまで長年レイカーズのトップデベロップメントコーチとしてコーチ陣を率いていた @94feetofgame のファシリティにてスタート。

フィル・ハンディは残念ながら欧州遠征で直接会えませんでしたが、 @micahfraction にセッションしてもらいました。

彼もまたレイカーズにてプレイヤーデベロップメントをしていたコーチ。

ワークアウトの組み立ても、ア���ローチも非常にシンプルかつ実践的。

SHOEHURRY!がオフを通して取り組んできた内容にも通じていて、再確認にもなりました。

明日のDAY2もハードワークします。
