Complaining is a toxic behavior, but you’re certainly allowed to complain.
You’re also allowed to be rude, selfish, and arrogant if you want.
Complaining is:
• unattractive
• unproductive
• unlikeable
Just because you’re free to do something doesn’t make it worth doing.
We are excited and proud to announce the addition of Jeff Rounds, MS ATC to ORSCI's sports medicine services!

Meekness is a powerful trait in a leader. Are you strong enough to be gentle?

I just want to say Ann Hargrove will always be a part of the Meridian family and community. We have shared a lot of great memories and have been fortunate to have you for 9 years. No words can express what you have meant to us and “your kids”. Love you, Ann
Fear tells you you aren’t good enough, fear tells you you aren’t strong enough, fear tells you you will never succeed, fear tells you to stay silent, fear tells you to give up. Fear...is a LIAR!
We will be working diligently to create new schedules to accommodate the IHSA modified schedule. All schedules posted online should be deemed inaccurate until further notice. We ask for your patience as we navigate through new territory. "WE ARE MERIDIAN" and we will overcome!

JUST IN: The @IHSA_IL Stage 2 protocols have been approved by the IDPH. It will now be called the Phase 4 Return to Play Guidelines and allows groups of 50 or less to practice and play games
IHSA's Craig Anderson told state ADs that even though the state will move into Phase 4 of Restore Illinois, the IHSA still awaits IDPH approval on Stage 2 of its return-to-play plan. And some adjustments to Stage 2 may be needed.
In other words, Stage 2 is likely to be delayed.
