Miller had a big spring and summer and continues to elevate his stock. The 6 '3 projectable righty is a strike thrower who works with good pace.  He has above avg. FB command. Throws a quality CH with good arm speed. Big BB that he can drop in for a strike. The upper 80’s fastball should continue to jump.
