How does a 2 PM Orlando departure run out of both?

@GoBrightline Currently traveling from Orlando to Aventura in PREMIUM class on the 2 PM departure. The menu provided onboard clearly states that Premium Meals are served after 11 AM for travel to or from Orlando, yet passengers are being told the train has run out of meals

This isn’t a criticism of the onboard attendant, who was doing his best with the resources available. The issue is that passengers paid for a premium experience that includes meal service, and the train was unable to provide the advertised meals or even basic utensils.
