Just attended a really informative "understanding the barriers and solutions to personalised care within health" session by @Pers_Care Really inspiring to hear about the difference this approach makes for people #PERSCAREWEEK23
@RehabClaire@AHPsNottsHC Yup, it doesn't seem very equitable. I'm also very confused about why they are proposing to change some AHP uniforms that are already worn universally and have been for some time. Also, having different AHPs in the same uniform will not reduce patients confusion about roles 😑
Calling all health professionals!! Opportunity to contribute to the national healthcare uniform consultation.
I would urge all AHPs to have a good look, proposal is to group the 11 professionals into 4 groups for uniform @AHPsNottsHC

@critchleyanna Thanks @critchleyanna. I've just completed mine and had a bit of a rant about the proposal for AHPs. Some AHP professions already have universally accepted uniforms but the proposal will change them! Not happy if Physios lose our blue stripes 😕 #disgruntledphysio
@Cherryrumsey I've said to you before I don't know how you do it @Cherryrumsey, but the fact you do it with such care and compassion makes a huge difference at the hardest time of their lives. Make sure you take time for you though x
Great set of slides showing the links between Deconditoning, Sarcopenia and Frailty, and much more. Off to time how mamy sit-stands I can do in 15 secs #strengthtraining#agingwell
Another proud moment today seeing the drive, and the high level of problem solving skills shown by the community health staff to successfully keep a person out of hospital. Well done Rachel Cushing and @CorlettClair. #communityhealth@NottinghamWest@wellrushcliffe
Lovely to hear @critchleyanna talk about how she, and our physio Chloe, gained the trust and confidence of an anxious young man with complex needs, and hear about his positive feedback to them #personcenteredcare#MDT
‼️Job Alert ‼️ Come and join a team that consistently receive great patient feedback and support each other to be the best they can be. @southnottstroke@NottsHealthcare@AHPsNottsHC https://t.co/meUasZNIVQ

Physios and OTs in South Notts Community Health Division, we have started discussions about this but here is an opportunity for progressing developments further. Rushcliffe Therapists your invite has been emailed 😊
Community Therapy Think 🤔 Tank, calling all @NottsHealthcare South Community therapists to join me on the 9th June to hear about the D2A and UCR National agenda for community services, please share with teams ..Have your voice in these key service developments
I really like this. Although virtual meetings are an amazing development I think it is too easy now to fill our week wih meetings, at the expense of time to plan for them, reflect on them and action. Thank you @TowneClaire for sending invites for planning time for our ops meeting
#NoMeetingFridays gives me:
1. Time to reflect on my week
2. Time to slow down to get the best of my weekend and
3. Allows me to catch up on my ‘to do’ list
Be self regulated 📔🗓

And here is another one of our outdoorsy types 😊 Thank you so much @critchleyanna for being the driving force behind all our team activities for #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek
Senior Occupational Therapist Anna Critchley says the pandemic meant she discovered the nature on her doorstep. River paths to woodlands, it helped her cope with the stress and strains of the pandemic. 'Nature really is the best medicine'
