Our route if it helps, haven’t made it home but hopefully soon, was: Train from Prague to Frankfurt. Singapore airlines Frankfurt to New York. Rented a car and drove to Buffalo.

@gerorgefox @CTVNews @AirCanada @globalnewsto @CBCNews One thing to think about is that while Canadian rules don’t really help us out if you are travelling from an EU country you are protected under their passenger rights rules that seem much better. Doesn’t help
now but maybe later.

We never heard anything after (that was three days ago). Have tried contacting them numerous times with no success. We’ve slowly been making our way home on our own!

@CTVNews We were due to fly home today from Prague to Toronto. Air Canada cancelled our flight and said they can’t rebook our itinerary so we can either get a refund or contact them to rebook for a different day. Only problem when we try to contact them we can’t get through.

@NespressoCA I purchased my first machine from you over 10 years ago. Finally upgraded to a new machine in April with a $50 off my next three orders but didn’t realize that there was an end date to redeem and was just told there is nothing that can be done. Pretty crappy service!
