In April I thought the war would have ended by july/aug. I had to cancel cuz we're unsure of the situation & reasses our trip. sent a kind message to host asking if a slight negotiation on refund was possible & this was the reply

It's not even about money at this point but have we all forgot any compassion? Even a kind or nice reply as a "host" would have made me come back to the airbnb when the situation was better. @AirbnbHelp hotel attendees have always been kinder and understanding but not your hosts.

@claireindubai Yeah mine, adopted here. Got their paperwork sorted so now I’m more relaxed. Side note; ceasefire announced, so hopefully that drinks a tiny bit of a celebratory one (not much but it’s something)
