I do not know about eating disorders but dont people have some clue about why people have them?

@benappel the right says they will not be replaced and well meaning people say "demographics is destiny!" Right says "what is a woman?" and the far off response is "gender is a tool of the oppressor" when did we let the 5% craziest on both sides have a megaphone?

I will be finishing up the "uncoupled" season 1 tonight. NPH is so good at making a privileged and prissy human black hole into a lovable character. His confusion over aspects of hookup culture is definitely something I related to.

@benappel Take this as meant. Memories of Stonewall is a good example of why the Gospels don't exactly match up and we have the advantage of TV cameras and newspapers. What actually took place no longer matters. Its the narrative that matters.

@benappel I wish I understood how the new paradigm actually works in the real world. I have met a few people who changed their genders and their names and their pronouns more than once in the same year. Can I look forward to "No I wont date you - you only are attracted to one gender"

It could happen. It would be a huge cultural change.

@benappel never thought about it that way. I am starting to feel like my identity as a man or a woman's identity as a woman is being seen as a cultural relic in the burgeoning trans/pan/non-binary/genderqueer revolution.
