Michael Russell

Just a regular guy trying to change the world... 🤙

[Michael Russell @Michael43072607]

@MoonLamboio Or he put up the bail…

[Michael Russell @Michael43072607]

@MoonLamboio Haha imagine if The G from the SEC is on the list!

[Michael Russell @Michael43072607]

@XRPMADE @BCBacker Nice guy you are, when shit goes south start criticising and throwing shit… get a life!

[Michael Russell @Michael43072607]

@attorneyjeremy1 @MoonLamboio @AlexCobb_ @FilanLaw I have a question though, the SEC has caused billions in losses with regards to the ripple case, and it is evident that it’s all bullshit, to everyone GLOBALLY… how is it that nobody can see this in Congress!!!

[Moon Lambo @MoonLamboio]

OMG another one 😂😂

I'm loving this! It's another great day $XRP

More reading to do! 😎📑

[Michael Russell @Michael43072607]

@MoonLamboio @JohnEDeaton1 @Belisarius2020 They want it to be classified as a Security, can’t prove it but hoping a little roundabout salesmen chat will get it there…. Weren’t counting on the xrp army though and Captain John Deaton!

[Michael Russell @Michael43072607]

@MoonLamboio @JohnEDeaton1 @Belisarius2020 Plus Deaton is saying it’s the play on words the SEC is using… like my wife when she doesn’t like what I’m wearing, asks me if I’m comfortable….

[Michael Russell @Michael43072607]

@MoonLamboio @JohnEDeaton1 @Belisarius2020 One thing I don’t get is why nobody at congress asked Gary for a list of tokens which are non securities. if he is speaking about companies giving data about carbon emissions strictly to help the investor choose, where’s the list of securities/non-securities?!

[Michael Russell @Michael43072607]

@MoonLamboio @X__Anderson @Belisarius2020 It’s kinda like I didn’t say it you said…

[Michael Russell @Michael43072607]

@MoonLamboio @X__Anderson @Belisarius2020 The SEC is trying to add Marketing as a link to investment contract and going in a round about way of making the court say by themselves it’s a security, whereby changing the law and adding crypto under there control, helping wallstreet.

[Michael Russell @Michael43072607]

@JoelKatz Get him a camera bag 🤦‍♂️

[Michael Russell @Michael43072607]

@Belisarius2020 @MoonLamboio I think this is all a joke, I mean how Gary can continue to do what he is doing to your community and the world at large, and nobody in power there is willing to do anything it. Doesn’t congress want to see those emails or are they also barred from seeing it as well. 🤦‍♂️

[Michael Russell @Michael43072607]

@attorneyjeremy1 @Monkee620 2/2 Like is nobody seeing what’s happening. I don’t see how Ripple could lose and don’t understand how those in power don’t see what’s happening as well. If ripple loses the message projected is that the law upholds crime and punishes just behaviour and it is sooo sad, criminal…

[Michael Russell @Michael43072607]

@attorneyjeremy1 @Monkee620 1/2Hi Jeremy, I was wandering if the rico act can’t be put into play here with all this stuff that seems to coming out, It seems to be organised crime. Especially relating to all this Eth Stuff. Watching from the other side of the world it’s like a pinch me moment,

[Michael Russell @Michael43072607]

@attorneyjeremy1 @xFudFighter Nope…. Large pebble!

[Michael Russell @Michael43072607]

@JohnEDeaton1 @chrislarsensf If they can stretch the howey test on crypto I’m sure the RICO act can stretch over the SEC…

[Michael Russell @Michael43072607]

@GaryGensler If you can stretch the howey test for crypto I’m sure you can stretch the RICO act for your own organisation…

[Michael Russell @Michael43072607]

@MoonLamboio So there should be a face reveal…

[Michael Russell @Michael43072607]

@pulsexstat It was worth over 5000 dollars before I unstaked it, and I got 2600 dollars out and that is on the hex page
