A lot of bad news: the helicopter crashed and a 21-year-old woman was thrown off with no safety rope attached, leading to her death. It was supposed to be a bungee jump in Brazil. So sad.

A pilot and eleven skydivers were killed in a plane crash in Butler, Missouri.
