@maddrus @remarks Eliminating property taxes is a big step, but I doubt it will happen: too many citiy coast built in schools, police fire, etc but reducing them by 50 percent and then freezing them would definitely help.

@maddrus @remarks if you add additional sq footage bedroom or an ADU now your being reassessed and more property taxes, we just moved my aging mom in and opted out of adding an addition just moved the boy to the basement. It would have been almost 100k to add a on bedroom. 25k were permit fees

8 percent tax added on from 24 to 32 percent and all bonuses are taxed at 40 percent before receipt, Gift tax! Gift for the government🤷
