Sadly everyone has to be labelled with the same brush as the minority ruin it for the masses
@ruskin147 We have a Romanian rescue as well, goes mental at the door or when someone walks past, she was rescued from the Kill Shelter so she has a few trust issues

I don't personally believe it can be classed as complicit but I get the angle you are coming at
