BREAKING: Republican House Speaker candidate Jim Jordan gets devastating news as multiple House Republicans threaten to skip the speaker vote that he’s trying to force — which will allow Hakeem Jeffries to win and become the House Speaker.

But it gets even WORSE for Jim Jordan…

A Republican Congressman told a reporter, “What happens when Jordan forces us to the floor to try to pressure us and all of a sudden we don’t show up and Hakeem Jeffries is speaker cause he wanted to be a bully?”

Adding insult to injury for Jordan, several moderate Republicans told CBS news today that “they would oppose his candidacy,” leaving Jordan’s bid to be speaker in “grave doubt.”

This is brutal news for Jordan, because he can’t afford to lose just FIVE votes — whether they vote for someone else or they simply don’t show up to vote at all.

If that happens, which is now becoming a real possibility, Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries will become House Speaker Hakeem Jeffries — and today’s Republican majority will go down in history as the most embarrassing, dysfunctional majority in the history of the U.S. Congress.

Trumper Jim Jordan thought that being elected speaker would be a cakewalk, but now it appears that it may backfire in the most spectacular way imaginable.

BREAKING: New York Attorney General Letitia James brings down the hammer on her target Donald Trump seconds after stepping out of the Manhattan courthouse where his fraud trial is unfolding.

Refusing to hold back, James slammed the repeatedly indicted ex-president for constantly smearing her and the judge in this case, and said the attacks won't be enough to save him.

"Trump's comments were offensive, they were baseless," she told reporters.

"They were void of any facts and/or any evidence," she went on. "What they were, were comments that unfortunately fomented violence and comments that I would describe as race-baiting, and comments, unfortunately, that appeal to the bottom of our humanity."

"This case was brought simply because it was a case where individuals have engaged in a pattern and practice of fraud, and I will not sit idly by and allow anyone to subvert the law," she said.

The judge has already ruled on the most crucial element of the $250 million civil lawsuit and said that Trump did in fact fraud.

Now, we just wait to see how big of a defeat Trump is ultimately dealt. James has already won, it's just a matter of how big.

BREAKING: Donald Trump lets the cat out of the bag about how Republicans hate democracy by launching an unhinged attack on Pennsylvania's Democratic Governor Josh Shapiro for implementing statewide automatic voter registration.

Unleashing yet another Truth Social post that shows he's circling the drain, Trump called the registration move — which has been praised by democracy experts — for being a "disaster for the Election of Republicans including your favorite President, ME!"

In other words, Trump is admitting that when more people vote, Republicans lose. The far-right conservative agenda is deeply unpopular with most Americans.

Trump went on to falsely call the automatic registration a "totally Unconstitutional Act" that "must be met harshly by Republican Leadership in Washington and Pennsylvania."

Of course, there is nothing Republicans can actually do about the Pennsylvania change since it's perfectly legal and Governor Shapiro was well within his rights to mandate it.

The repeatedly indicted ex-president rounded out his Truth Social outburst with some parting shots against "Sloppy" Chris Christie, "Lyin" Mike Pence, Nikki "Birdbrain" Haley and "Ron ('Dead Campaign') DeSanctimonious."

Trump's rotting mind is all over the place and anybody who takes what he says seriously at this point should have their head examined.

Governor Shapiro should be applauded for his pro-democracy efforts. If he's making fascists like Donald Trump worried, he must be doing something right!

BREAKING: Republican 2024 presidential candidate Donald Trump gets devastating news as a massive lawsuit is filed that legal experts are already saying “could lead to Trump getting removed in all 50 states by the U.S. Supreme Court."

But it gets even WORSE for Donald Trump…

The lawsuit was filed in Minnesota — and the Minnesota Secretary of State just announced that he will remove Trump from the ballot if the Minnesota Supreme Court rules that he can. Legal experts are already saying that this will create a “domino effect” that can lead to Trump being removed from the ballot “in all 50 states.”

To make matters worse for Trump, Harvard’s most famous Constitutional Law expert says that the lawsuit is “rock solid as a legal matter, relying entirely on existing law and indisputable facts of public record."

The lawsuit is going to be heard by the Minnesota Supreme Court — and it demands that the court immediately remove Trump from the Minnesota ballot for engaging in insurrection, declaring, “"Donald J. Trump, through his words and actions, after swearing an oath as an officer of the United States to support the Constitution, engaged in insurrection or rebellion, or gave aid and comfort to its enemies, as defined by Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment.”

Well said. America MUST never allow a traitorous insurrectionist anywhere near our presidential ballots.

BREAKING: Donald Trump is hit with more devastating news as January 6 Committee member Adam Schiff becomes the highest profile member of Congress to call for insurrectionist Trump to be banned from running for office under the 14th Amendment.

But it gets way WORSE for Trump…

In front of millions of live MSNBC viewers, Schiff declared that it’s “very clear” that Trump “engaged in acts of insurrection and rebellion against America’s government and gave aid and comfort to those who do” — so he MUST be “disqualified from the ballot because he fits the 14th Amendment’s ban on traitors and insurrectionists ‘to a ‘t.”

Congressman Schiff continued, encouraging Democrats to take this all the way up to the Supreme Court because even prominent conservative constitutional scholars believe that this is a “legitimate issue” — and that traitor Trump must be banned from running.

BREAKING: Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump launches a Tuesday night attack against Special Counsel Jack Smith, just hours after Smith complained to a federal judge about Trump’s incessant social media attacks.

In an unhinged Truth Social post, Trump declared:

“Is Deranged Jack Smith, the prosecutor who is continuously overturned due to his unchecked and insane aggression, investigating the political Hacks & Thugs of the highly partisan January 6th Unselect Committee for tampering with, deleting, and destroying highly Confidential & Classified documents, pictures, tapes, evidence, and all forms of other important information? BREAKING: Trump is hit with devastating news as former Georgia Lieutenant Governor Geoff Duncan exits the courthouse after testifying in front of Fulton County prosecutor Fani Willis’ grand jury and immediately blasts Trump with an epic takedown.

BREAKING: Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis drops bombshells at tonight’s post-indictment press conference, announces that she will convict Trump “within the next six months,” and that she’ll try Trump and his 18 codefendants “together.”

This is devastating news for Trump because it means that this case will be over WAY before the 2024 presidential election. That means that if Trump is found guilty, he would be thrown in prison for a long time right smack in the middle of his campaign.

Adding insult to injury, Trump and his 18 indicted co-conspirators will huddle in a single courtroom, on national television, in what will be a court case for the ages. BREAKING: Donald Trump is hit with a brutal Friday bombshell as lawyers from the prominent conservative Federalist Society publish a paper declaring that Trump MUST be banned from running for president “under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.”

But it gets WAY worse for Trump…

In their brutal paper, the Federalist Society accuses Trump of treason for “engaging in or gave aid and comfort to an insurrection against the constitutional government” when he incited the deadly January 6 insurrection as part of his failed coup attempt.

Adding insult to injury for Trump, the Federalist Society argues that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment — known as the insurrection clause — is "self-executing, operating as an immediate disqualification from office, without the need for additional action by Congress. It can and should be enforced by every official, state or federal, who judges qualifications. It covers a broad range of former offices, including the presidency. And in particular, it disqualifies former President Donald Trump, and potentially many others, because of their participation in the attempted overthrow of the 2020 presidential election.”

The clause states that "no person shall be a senator or representative in Congress, or elector of president and vice president, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any state legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any state, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof."

Last September, a New Mexico judge ordered the removal of a county commissioner who took part in the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. The decision marked the first time since 1869 that a court disqualified a public official under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

Now, it appears that it may be used against Trump — the mastermind who orchestrated the insurrection.

BREAKING: CNN drops Wednesday bombshell, reveals that Special Counsel Jack Smith “secured a search warrant” of Donald Trump’s Twitter account, @realDonaldTrump, according to a newly unsealed court filing.”

CNN continues, reporting that “the search was so secret that Twitter(now rebranded as X) was barred from telling Trump the search warrant had been obtained for his account, and Twitter was fined $350,000 because it delayed producing the records sought under the search warrant.

The special counsel’s office, which is now working on the criminal case against Trump in DC District Court related to his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, sought the warrant in January 2023.

Twitter ultimately produced the records, according to the filing, now public in the US Circuit Court of Appeals.”

This is HUGE. First, it shows that Special Counsel Jack Smith’s criminal investigation into Trump is even deeper in scope than we ever imagined. Second, it’s devastating news for Trump because we can only imagine how much criminality and incriminating evidence Jack Smith must have found in Trump’s Twitter direct message inbox.

Third, but not least, it appears to prove that Twitter owner Elon Musk TRIED to delay or even deny the warrant for Trump’s Twitter records — a shocking new scandal for the already controversial and highly partisan Twitter(X) owner.
