I have on this day, my birthday donated this Structure to the Aowin Municipal Assembly to be used as Police Holding Station for the surrounding communities - Nkwanta, kramokrom, Asuakrom, Miles 4, Achimfo etc. This is to ease the pressure on Enchi Police Stations and help combat crime within the enclave. The structure has; 10 capacity Male holding Cell, 5 Capacity Female holding Cell, Charge Office, Office for Station Officer and a Summerhut for at least 15 Police Officers. My family and I have pledged to pay both Electricity bills & Water bills for the life of this Police Station for as long as the Lord keeps us alive.

My crossing of the Oti River (Volta River) at Dambai yesterday was not an ordinary transit; it was a sobering reminder of the stalled aspirations and unfulfilled promises that have burdened this region for too long.
The vibrant joy shared by the community and my team on that ferry is a testament to the uncommon resilience of the Oti people, a people who stand ready, not for endless assurances, but for tangible, foundational development and sustainable industries.
Oti Region deserves more than seasonal visits and decade-old rhetoric about a bridge. It requires strategic, comprehensive investment, real opportunities and a government that replaces words with work.
We will not merely talk about the potential of Dambai and this entire region but we will build it, ensuring our people rise with economic dignity and enduring prosperity, finally anchored to a future they were promised.
