It’s not black and white. Some of my best friends today I met during my time at Xbox (haven’t been at Xbox for almost 8 years now) and we sit in discord and talk every single day. Never would have met them if not engaging and listening to their feedback and passion for gaming. But most are fake and use players to be “famous” so your point is valid in most ways.
