A documented process isn’t a formality. It’s the standard and the expected way of working. You can give feedback to improve it, but until it changes, that process is the law.
@stijnnoorman Cha-ching.
Consistency is one of the most valuable money-making skills.
Employers pay for reliable, predictable work.
Customers pay for reliable, predictable service.
Consistency = reliability + predictability.
Well said—each path reflects a different kind of asymmetry in the market.
1. Execution risk = process mastery
2. Product-market risk = insight arbitrage
3. Technical risk = innovation frontier
Most underestimate the compound leverage of mastering #1—it builds the operational depth needed to survive the volatility of #2 and #3.
The Supreme Court settled this in District of Columbia v. Heller (2008): The 2nd Amendment protects an individual right to keep and bear arms—not limited to militia services.
The Court stated:
“The right of the people to keep and bear arms… is an individual right unconnected with militia services.”
The Founders wrote “the people” intentionally— just like in the 1st and 4th Amendments. That means you and me, not just organized militias.
