@AletsisG Background Shiny Legendaries is a 0.5% chance each time you raid. It takes 598 raids to be 95% chance of obtaining one. People fail to understand value and rarity and just chance it via remote trades. No one way would people be as cheeky if this was an in person raid.

@NianticHelp I did around 70 Dialga/Palkia raids and only 4 encounters as compensation. My friend did 6 raids, ended up with 2 encounters. Given the time and effort and money that went into the first batch of raids, I would like to speak to someone at support regarding this. @NianticHelp
