@virginmedia Hi, for the past 3/4 days the Netflix app won't load. It is stuck on the loading spinner. Is this a known issue? I've tried restarting my box multiple times and no luck.

@virginmedia Maybe I wasn't clear. It works on the software included with my Smart TV and NOT on my Virgin Media V6 box which I normally works. All my devices work but the Virgin Media app does not connect.

@virginmedia Netflix works through my Smart TV app no issue. Other channels working fine as far as I can see.

@virginmedia The Netflix channel/app loads but after the initial splash screen it is just stuck on the 'N' logo with the spinner underneath rotating forever.

@sorrel_101 I don't know. Do they shop in Aldi? Perhaps I've been in the queue with them at some point?! I'll ask around but I think it's a strong name and must make it a little easier with online usernames. I think it shows great foresight on their part - predicting social media.
