He doesn’t have to plead the 5th. It’s my understanding he must tell all as part of the pardon agreement. I’ve never heard publicly whether or not he accepted and signed the pardon which he must do for it to be in effect. If he accepted the pardon and then lies to congress, the pardon becomes null and void.

I’m not buying OpenAI’s story. They’re already being sued by Apple for stealing tech from them. And let’s not forget about the suicidal whistleblower who was a key witness in the NYTimes lawsuit accusing OpenAI of copyright violations.
