It is sad that so many people in this Country do not know how to interpret our Constitution. Every elected appointed, and hired official in this Country are trying to subvert the Constitution and do away with it. The Government is constrained by We The People who hold the power of the government, that means that the government must protect the rights of the people,and not restrict what they can and cannot do. The Government gave We The People none of our rights and therefore cannot restrict, take away, alter or abridge, or infringe in any way shape Fashion or Form. Now in Jordan's case, he too is a government employee and is subject to the constraints, meaning that he cannot surveil a citizen but he himself can be surveiled and that is absolutely legal. The Constitution is about what the Government can't do to the people. The Government can surveil itself all it wants. They just can't surveil the citizenry. My ancestry was here in the 1500's, how long has your ancestry been here. My ancestry is a big part of our history. Have you ever heard of Richard Henry Lee, William Lightfoot Lee both out of Virginia. They were both chosen as Representatives of their communities of fellow patriots for taking their messages to the Continental Congress who would communicate with the King as Representatives of the Colonies. It was Richard Henry Lee who introduced the Lee Resolution to the Continental Congress that brought about "The Declaration Of Independence" so began the Founding of our Great Nation and Independence from Britain. So began our trek to freedom. On July 2nd 1776 "The Declaration of Independence" was presented to the Continental Congress and we were on our way to becoming a free self governing autonomous people. So, you and your big mouth and Tiny Dick need to learn how to make comments and quit telling people to leave the Country, the way I see it, I just might have more of a legitimate reason for being here than you do.
