@AskSmythsToys We purchased a wooden 5-1 activity cube from smyths in team valley at the end of October and it was put away for christmas. Upon opening that morning and giving it to my 1 year old son we discovered that the top of the cube falls through with the slightest touch

Which makes it unfit for purpose and actually dangerous as can trap his fingers in it.we tried taking it back to the store and refused to either refund or exchange the item.we feel let down by smyths which we thought as a good reputable company to buy from
