What does this mean? It means we need to teach kids digital literacy in a way that works. How are we going to do that? And we need to understand what is impacting the mental health and resilience of our children and work to improve it.

1. That the amount of phone use and the ability to use phones appropriately is correlated. I.e. you can’t understand tech unless you use it.
2. That child resilience regarding exposure to risks on the phone is correlated with resilience outside of the phone.

@CBCOntarioToday Operant conditioning is extremely powerful and not something we should expect children to overcome. For that reason, a ban during the day is a good idea.
