A data study I worked on a few years back showed that up to 42% of federal HUD spending could be saved with gradual changes rolled out over 10 years. It was both borderline comical and depressing the more we went through it, so changes are definitely needed that simultaneously improve efficiency and effectiveness. Even with $100+ billion/year, HUD housing programs easily have a 1+ year wait time and are packed full of exploits.

Would love to see additional RAM upgrade options through the site! If someone is running their large model on a cluster already, did you use 6 cluster boards full of 32GB modules to hit the 768GB requirements? Was an extra board needed as a buffer or did you play around with VRAM, etc?

The average whitelist participate got out at 11x and before a petty argument that has never sat right with me @BowTiedZJ we had plans to literally do tutorials on it together. I still think you’re a great, intelligent person and emotions just got flared over goofy crypto ideology (PoS vs PoW). I have no hard feelings and hope we can catch up sometime.

But I believe the amount of real estate Theopetra has now, irregardless of all its value not quiiite yet being on chain speaks for itself. It’s still here, and its MC/FDV is significantly higher than it was even pre whitelist cliff. I have every confidence in the Theopetra team, and I’m sure I will with anything you work too.
