I’m old enough to remember a time when if documents were released that implicated the US President in the sexual assault of 13-yr-olds it would totally engulf his administration in a scandal the likes of which we’ve never seen before. Those were the good old days.

I really like hyperrealist paintings. They depict the mundane in such detail we are forced to look again at something we might not have looked at twice in real life. Still lifes by Dennis Wojtkiewicz, Chris Krupinski, Miguel Angel Nuñez, and Roy Hodrien

If you haven't seen Kristin Kobes DuMez’s incendiary short film FOR OUR DAUGHTERS, please watch it!! You'll find it infuriating and heartbreaking, but hopefully it will also motivate you to stick with building churches that are safe places for all women.
