Hey @askpanera, I ordered through your mobile site and would not recommend. Half the order was missing, and both the local store and @DoorDash initially said they couldn't fix it. This experience will have me looking somewhere else for my next brunch. The experience needs work.
I want to live in a word where @CocaCola, @7UP, and @drpepper can all live in the same vending machine. Who’s going to step up first? Let’s kill the franchise model and allow customer choice in the office, stadiums, restaurants, etc.
@mkobach In a vacuum, it falls flat. Perhaps it’s part of a larger campaign I don’t ever see. It smacks of a “OK, what’s on the calendar for October’s tweets” green light meeting.
