@AskPTSB Why is the cut-off for credit card payments on Thursday 01 May until 6pm. Normally it is 5pm ? Is it because you have made the Website and app unavailable during Working Hours and only open up again after 5pm ? Has been unavailable during Working hours last week & all this week

@AskPTSB Could not access all day yesterday 29th April during working hours and then was able to access after 5pm. No acknowledgement and have opened 3 complaints and no reply yet. Keeping us in the dark !!!!!

@AskPTSB They have not fixed the issues form the last one. They seem to be closing off access to the Website and App during Working Hours trying to obviously fix the 17th Apr 2025 issue. Happened all last week and all this week. Was in this at 08:15 and cant access now.

@PTSBIreland @FraudSMART Never mind CEO impersonation fraud. What about PTSB and the fraud that they are not acknowedging issues with their Website and App being Down. No response from Company or PTSB Customer Service. Down again today and same last week - See downdetector
