A few months ago I was invited by @hellohornet to team up with the amazing Yves Geleyn to co-direct this spot for @kroger! Even better, it's Art Directed by @MichaelKnappArt! Enjoy (but you might want to grab a tissue).

Here’s the Timelapse video for The Collector. It went through MANY iterations over the course of a few days and evenings. Realized I had the wrong aspect ratio halfway through, and followed that up with a few existential crises which are nestled in here along the way. Enjoy!

Very excited to finally join Lightbox Expo in person this year! I’ll be at table 111 and speaking on a panel about animation Production Design on Saturday, Oct 15 at the Pasadena Convention Center. Hope to see lots of amazing people there - IN REAL LIFE!
@Aidan64NES @cristinbmckee @SaveNimona I honestly doubt the release date planning extended beyond Ferdinand when Anubis was axed. Nimona was a bigger departure tech and style-wise and needed more time to develop, so Spies was the logical choice to get fast tracked.
@cristinbmckee @SaveNimona There was also a live action Egyptian mythology movie that came out in 2015-16 which tanked. That didn’t help Anubis’s fate either.
@JustChris Just finished the screening in NYC. AMAZING movie, Chris. You and your team really made something great. So many incredible moments throughout… I’m still reeling. Feel better soon!
Here's a collection of some of the artwork created for Scrat Tales by yours truly. These were so much fun to work on. Big shoutouts go to my art team - Jason Sadler, Jon Townley, Hye Sung Park, Ron Defelice and José Manuel Fernández Oli. They’re amazing.
