The Swiss Journal of Economics and Statistics invites submissions to the “Family Policy and Labor Supply” collection, edited by @AlineButikofer, Conny Wunsch, @ChristinaFelfe, and Andreas Steinhauer.

This collection will explore the significant impact of family-oriented policies on labor market dynamics, focusing on how these policies shape (female) labor supply, productivity, and economic growth.

We invite submissions that provide empirical and theoretical insights into the effects of policies such as parental leave, childcare support, and flexible work arrangements, with a particular emphasis on Switzerland and similar economies.
