@CoachLouHoltz88 Interest rates aren’t the problem. Too many people living beyond their means. We had a 6% interest rate when we bought our house, which was historically low before the “free money” era.
We canned our first batch of peaches. We have also frozen a good quantity to last us through the year. I’m so thankful that my parents taught me to grow and preserve food from a home garden. #gardening#peaches
We picked a few peaches this morning. The insects and birds have caused quite a bit of damage this year, most likely due to the hot, dry weather. #peaches#gardening
I appreciate @RepMann for contacting me regarding my concerns about after school funding. Not only did Rep. Mann’s office respond to my initial questions, they contacted me again to let me know how things were progressing.
@pulte The reason that most people can’t afford a house has little to do with the Federal Reserve or their FICO score. It has more to do with the choices they have made previously. Too many people trying to keep up with the Jones family.
@MmisterNobody Think of it as paying for services to/for your house. Maintaining water and sewer lines, paying for fire and police departments. If you got rid of property taxes, local governments would bill you and call it something else. You are in more control of your housing costs over time.
