I see 1 case that has to be studied more because the last study involved 20 million and no problem. All the evidence is saying is out of 14 million doses given we have perhaps one case.

This case will be studied further to check why did this occur only in this case. More studies need to be done.

That's why scientists can agree to disagree. Usually more studies are needed to add to the position. Peer reviewed studies must be considered.
