@TiffanyWoodDO Echo what Ben said! Ownership of the patient will keep you involved. Think about what is keeping the patient in the hospital and what you are doing to get them out. Orders>>>notes. The first 1-2 months are for learning the EMR and workflow, medical knowleadge is easy to learn.
