@therealBillBirk It’s how SHE likes it; no right or wrong here. There are two steaks there, I don’t see why one can’t be cooked a little longer than everyone is happy.
I like how you cooked those steaks, but my wife would prefer another minute on each side.

@itsbluesbob Jesse Cook totally took me by surprise at his effortless ease and fiery passion.

John McLaughlin also, but I wasn’t as surprised because I knew who he was.
His percussionist Tirlok Gurtu impressed me even more that night though…

@TheCinesthetic The image you chose shook me too much to not even allow me to think of any other movie. Such a harrowing tale.

@KevinAprileCT Willie’s artistic revelation of divorce on song, sung (side 1 from the point of view of the woman and side 2 from the man), is an epic piece of expression in song with a beautiful interlude to flow between the songs is as good as it gets in my middle aged opinion.

@altonbrown Agreed for chicken eggs, but for duck eggs the addition of some liquid, (water, milk or cream), helps to prevent them from becoming rubbery.

@EwingLesley @DistrictOakBay Nothing permanent please, as it is an important feeder route to the eastern side of Oak Bay. Anything outside of regular business hours is fine with me.
