#POPMUSS21 Streaming services has changed music drastically, me and my friends use to buy CDs at HMV. Now with Apple music or Spotify you can stream any song at any time. It has definitely changed how I access and listen to music.

@antoniojose__ I agree! Raw vegetables are a great source of vitamins and nutrients. Not cooking your vegetables then can assure you that you are getting as many nutrients from it as possible. #HKR100

After watching "Food Matters" I learned that the older food gets the less nutritional value it will have. Fresh food has the most nutritional value and with time it will lose its value. Resulting in us getting about 40% of the nutrients needed. It is best to buy fresh! #HKR1000
