Which is why I would then find it useless even as a lens to view the surface level of a text if the answer to the entire ranking is "it depends" because that's where the conversation starts with fiction anyway

@BobertRent @turtlekiosk I've always been sympathetic to the old "who would win" powerscaling because it was at least engaging with the text. But when it gets to this point, you have to ask if the powerscale just rapidly fluctuates every time someone picks up a knife or a gun.
