The 4-2-3-1 is BACK in EA FC 24! 🔙

The 4-2-3-1 is a balanced formation that is amazing in defense.

Because of 25 Width in Defense the defenders stay close to eachother.

You can set the in-game tactics on: ’Hug The Sideline’ to make the formation wide and create space. 🪽

☑️ Dont be in a rush when going forward then you will se that you overload the opponent with passing options

☑️ You can use this with 71 Width instead of 15. That will give you some more space if 15 width is too close for you. Many testers had great success with that.

🚨 Important positions 🚨

⚽️ CDM - Vital in your build up, will have the ball a lot so use someone with great passing abilities

⚽️ LCM - The most attacking midfielder in the setup, here you can use a typical CAM

⚽️ RCM - Your Box 2 Box player. H/H work rates required.

⚽️ LM/RM - Will get into a lot of scoring opportunities.

⚽️ ST - Works with a big or a small striker. Use what you like best.

⚽️ Defense go as meta as possible.

The 4-2-2-2 is considered one of the BEST FORMATIONS by PRO PLAYERS in EA FC 24! 🎮

It's a more attacking variant of the 4-4-2, as the wingers are higher up the field and more centred.

Make sure one of the CDM's is balanced, to fill the gap between your midfield and strikers.

You can dominate all games with the 4-2-3-1 formation. It’s key to set your tactics in-game on ’Hug The Sideline’ to make the formation as wide as possible to make space in the middle. You only need one of your CDM’s on ‘stay back’.
