@GreggDoyelStar Ballard put together a roster of decent talent but not many successful winners at the college level. He has completely missed on Head Coaches, Shane included. Get rid of them, trade all valuable players & build around a tough HC and see what AR can develop into next year

@TheDestinAdams Shane is a good OC, not HC material yet.
To reliant on his ability on play calls and not on his best players.
& he needs a player council…..

@TheDestinAdams Steichen reminds me of a younger version of Reich. An create mismatches and scheme people open but once DCs figure it out, very easy to defend. Another 10-7,9-8 mediocre season coming

I’ve seen comments on this video saying “this is why I don’t go to Church.” Now I don’t agree with making the congregation give out of compulsion (2nd Cor 9:7) but let’s not blame one church’s actions for your desire to abandon them all.
