@UPS What is up with your drivers? Twice now I've scheduled a pick up for a package twice the driver has refused to take it. I've got two cases open, the first I was supposed to get a call the same day, which I didn't. Today, the driver didn't even show up and left my /1

This is a heavy, 2 person package. I am not able to load it and take it to a UPS store. I'm also at an increased risk of COVID, so having to spend the day making sure this package isn't stole in an apartment complex with people who won't mask becaust someone /4
