Feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed?
Take 80 seconds and breathe.
Box breathing is one of my favorite ways to quickly shift out of fight-or-flight and activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
Inhale 4 seconds.
Hold 4 seconds.
Exhale 4 seconds.
Hold 4 seconds.
Repeat for 5 rounds.
It's free, takes just a few minutes, and can help lower stress, improve focus, and regulate cortisol.
Normalize buying land with your siblings and closest friends and building a place where your families can grow together.
Modern isolation isn't how people were meant to live. A few generations ago, extended families often lived just down the road from one another. Meals were shared, support was always nearby, and childcare wasn't a constant concern.
Bring back the village.
John Cena shares motivational advice for anyone that feels like they have hit rock bottom in their life:
"We are all human. We go through ups and downs. If you find yourself dwelling in a down, seek help. And also, you're not alone. Humanity has been around for a long time, there's been all sorts of problems and issues. I know you think it might be individual, but I promise you there is somebody else out there going through the same thing. Do whatever you can not to wallow in the down."

It's rare that AI video makes me feel any emotion.
But these "nostalgiamaxxing videos" really do capture what it's like to grow up in the 90's

🚨 I want to tell you something I tell every patient before their first appointment ends.
The single most underutilized performance and longevity tool available to every human being on earth is free, accessible tonight, and requires no prescription.
It's sleep.
Do these five things right now:
1️⃣ Phone in another room.
2️⃣ Thermostat to 67 degrees.
3️⃣ 300mg magnesium glycinate.
4️⃣ Complete darkness.
5️⃣ Three slow nasal breaths before you close your eyes.
🙏🏻 Goodnight.
If you were asked what you wanted to be doing in the last decade of your life, you'd probably give the same answer as everyone else: Walking.
The fastest way to lose your independence is losing your ability to walk. Take that in.
In this new episode, Dr. Courtney Conley explains why your feet may be one of the most overlooked predictors of your future health, how walking speed can predict dementia years before symptoms appear, and why movement should be viewed with the same importance as eating, sleeping, and breathing.
Most people spend more time thinking about supplements than they do the thing that will determine whether they're still moving freely at 80.
Boomers: “Houses aren’t unaffordable. Stop eating out. Stop buying coffee. Learn to budget.”
Also Boomers: “I can’t afford the property taxes on my fully paid off house.”
Sir.
You own the house free and clear.
No mortgage. No interest. No lender.
And the tax bill alone is breaking you.
But you want me to believe the problem is my Chipotle order.
The same system that’s pricing you out of a house you already own is the same system pricing us out of one we’re trying to buy.
Maybe it was never about the avocado toast.
I had a heart attack at 52. My cardiologist put me on 80mg of Lipitor.
Within months I started losing my memory.
He switched me to Crestor. Then Repatha. Nobody asked why a cholesterol drug was affecting my brain.
I fired my cardiologist. I healed myself. This is the thread about what I found.

Last week I told you to stop chasing and start selling profits.
What I used successfully called the high of $SPY $QQQ and names like $SNDK
Everyone knows when to buy
Nobody knows when to sell
That’s why they stay broke.
The NEXT Millionaires will follow this method below.
Your workout can’t undo 10 hours of sitting.
Your body was built to move constantly… not stay parked in a chair all day.
New rule: Every hour, move for 3–5 minutes. Walk. Stretch. Squat. Get outside.
The people who stay healthy long term aren’t just the ones who exercise. They’re the ones who stop being sedentary.
Telomeres are the protective caps on the ends of your chromosomes.
Every time your cells divide, telomeres shorten. When they become critically short, cells stop dividing and begin to malfunction. This is a primary mechanism of biological aging.
What accelerates telomere shortening: chronic stress, poor sleep, smoking, excess body fat, processed food, and sedentary behavior.
What slows or even reverses it: exercise, omega-3 fatty acids, meditation, strong social connections, and adequate sleep.
Your biological age is not fixed by your birth certificate.
It is being written right now by how you live.
