@AmtSant56668@WycombeDJ From the summer, the new owners were treating him terribly, telling him he was not wanted and to get out as soon as he could. They didn't want to sack him when doing well, so they were constantly telling him to get out as soon as possible. It was basically constructive dismissal.

@charliekeegan He was pushed out at Wycombe by disgraceful behavior from the new overlords, even though he had us top of L1. Some of the things going on at the time were absolutely outrageous.

@OUFCOfficial I don't care if Oxford and Wycombe are supposed to have some (mild) "dislike". As a Wycombe fan I will celebrate any success this incredible chap has. If Oxford stay up it will be fantastic!
@Lewis_jones53@m1871e To be fair, Bloomfield got 1.20 PPG last season after Rob Edwards - now doing great things at Middlesbrough - got 0.96. No-one thinks Edwards is a bad manager, but Bloomfield did better with Edwards' players.
Personally, I think something is rotten at Luton itself.
@DJdjpollard @LeagueOne25@ReadingFC PPG last season at Luton: Rob Edwards (now chasing promotion with Boro) 0.96, Bloomfield 1.20 with Rob's players.
Win % at Wycombe: Ainsworth 39.82, Bloomfield 48.15 (highest in club history).
Colchester PPG 22/23: Brown 0.60, Bloomfield (to the rescue) 1.21, Garner 1.16.
@MISTERPDW PPG last season: Rob Edwards 0.96, Bloomfield 1.20 (with Rob's players). Rob now flying high with Middlesbrough.
I have a feeling Luton fans are going to fully realize that it is not the manager (any of them) by the end of the season.
@clifty04@LutonTown Also, last season: Rob Edwards PPG: 0.96, Matt Bloomfield 1.20.
Rob, who got Luton into the Prem, is now pushing Middlesbrough towards promotion. Yet the man who got a better PPG with Rob's players is somehow crap?
@OwenReeman3 Bloomfield was basically forced out. He was told "you are not wanted" even from the summer, hassled and harassed by Rice, who is too passive-aggressive and cowardly to just sack him if he didn't want him. Sacked people from under Blooms to make him more uncomfortable, etc. too.
