NEWS: WV GOP Assistant Majority Leader Elliott Pritt has been arrested and charged with enticing a minor after allegedly grooming a 15-year-old through Roblox and Snapchat, then having her meet him in his classroom.
GOP leadership won't call for his resignation.

A White Supremacist group has now joined Trump’s 250 celebration in D.C. and is now marching to call for the end of immigration.
This is why Trump is a cancer to everything America represents. We defeated nazism in WW2. They want to take us backwards.
🚨Mayor Mamdani just kicked off pool season by jumping in the pool with kids from Harlem.
This is the guy MAGA and Trump are spending all of their energy trying to make voters fear.
It isn’t working.
🚨OFFICIAL: The D-I Cabinet has voted to adopt the NCAA 5-in-5 Age-Based Eligibility Model. Effective 2026-27. This is the biggest change to college baseball eligibility in decades!
📅 OLD model: 4 seasons in 5 years — redshirts, waivers, complicated math.
NEW model: 5 seasons in 5 years — EVERY SEASON COUNTS. Clock starts at first full-time college enrollment OR turning 19, whichever comes first. HS graduation no longer starts the clock
🎓 Good news for PG years: a post-grad year no longer auto-burns eligibility. Clock starts at college enrollment, not HS graduation. Catch: if the athlete turns 19 during their PG year, the age-19 trigger still applies. Know your athlete's situation
What athletes GAIN ✅
• Full 5th season to play ⚾️
• Basketball: 1 game no longer burns a year
• Simpler, more predictable rules
• PG year safe (in most cases)
What athletes LOSE ❌
• Redshirt seasons — gone
• Medical hardship waivers — gone
• Post-grad transfer loophole — closed
• No sport-specific exceptions
🔢 The 4-tier transition framework (confirmed Jun 23):
🔴Tier 1 — Eligibility exhausted by spring '26. No additional eligibility. PERIOD
🔵Tier 2 — Enrolled w/ eligibility remaining. Schools apply whichever model is most beneficial
🟢Tier 3 — Prospects graduating spring '26. Age-based only, no flexibility
🔍Tier 4 — Graduated before spring '26, not yet enrolled. Reviewed individually
⚠️July 31, 2026 — hard waiver deadline. All outstanding waivers under previous eligibility rules must be submitted by this date. No extensions. After July 31: only pregnancy, religious missions, and active military service qualify. Injuries are NOT included ⏰
⚖️Open legal questions still being watched: JUCO seasons vs. the clock, PG year & age-19 interaction edge cases, Tier 1 retroactivity legal challenge, service academy carve-outs. Retroactivity confirmed final: athletes whose eligibility expired by spring 2026 do NOT get a retroactive 5th year. No exceptions per the June 23 vote
📒 What to do right now:
🤵Coaches: audit every roster member under the 4-tier framework.
👪Families: has eligibility remaining? Contact compliance before July 31.
🏃PG athletes: calculate whether the clock starts at enrollment or age 19.
📂Compliance: all waivers under old rules must be filed by July 31. NO EXCEPTIONS
No. 1 MLB Draft prospect Roch Cholowsky on his hitting approach:
"I work off the breath. You want to do a lot of things right in the box, and you can't do that unless your mind and body is fully relaxed."
Colin Cowherd goes OFF on the WNBA’s Caitlin Clark snub:
“They dropped a commemorative poster for 30 years of the WNBA. Caitlin Clark isn’t on it… but Paige Bueckers and Angel Reese are.
When she entered the league, they had to move her road games to bigger arenas just to fit her fans. She upgraded the WNBA from Southwest back rows to private jets.
Yet she’s left off the 30-year anniversary poster?
It’s either incompetence or intentional. Both are embarrassing.”
🚨 Former Republican House Speaker Dennis Hastert has admitted to molesting at least four children while working as a wrestling coach.
A judge called him a "serial child molester."
MIKE JOHNSON: “If we lose the midterms, the Dems will turn every committee of Congress into an investigative body. They will go after the president's family, the cabinet, his donors, and friends.”
This is actually the best case I’ve heard for voting Democrat.
UPDATE: Man films ICE tackle his brother to ground—who is U.S. Army veteran.
"He's fully legal! He's a veteran!" man tells them.
Agents just laugh—then threaten to taze man filming.
"You think you're funny—we're going to sue your ass!"
"We're legal under 1st Amendment bitch!"
The brothers are community observers who were just documenting the scene after being alerted to ICE in the area.
The incident occurred on Route 311 in Marydel, Maryland—near the Delaware border.
