I challenged my class to run a one night only, healthy pop-up restaurant. They served 75 people an appie, main dish with side salad, desert, and education about why each part of the meal was healthy. They made it in one day, in a kitchen the size of a bathroom, and made money.

These young men battled it out over the last 4 days to get a chance to represent their home town. Without coaches or prompting, they shook hands after the final tryout. That's what Canadian hockey is about. I am so proud. @HockeyCanada
